[00:00:00] Introduction: Why Gem Elixirs Matter for Flower Essence Practitioners
00:00:00 – Kathleen R Aspenns: Welcome, welcome, everyone. Um, today we… we’ve been thinking and talking a lot about our friends the Gem Elixirs.
And obviously we’re the Flower Essence Podcast, and our whole, our whole world is flower essences. And yet we feel it’s really, really important to talk about the gem elixirs, and particularly in this time.
For a lot of us, we got started with the Bach flowers, possibly, and that was amazing, and if you’re just getting going with flower essences, they will totally blow your mind, and that’s wonderful.
And what we find is, after you’ve been working with the flower essences for a period of time, you’ll really find it helps to add in to layer in some of the gem elixirs. It seems that the flowers can help us with the.
Expansion of consciousness, the shifting of patterns all sorts of amazing things. And sometimes we need help from the gem kingdom, from the mineral kingdom, to anchor those changes into our bodies.
Into our physical form. There’s something profoundly grounding… I mean if you’ve hold… if you’ve ever held a rock in your hand, you know it’s calming and grounding.
No matter what stone it is, it’s bringing you back down into your lower body, into your feet, into the earth. It’s a connection to the earth, and the flowers expand and reach up, but we also equally need to be drawing in and dropping down.
And so we thought we’d talk about gem elixirs in the practice of flower essence therapy today, because we’re both really passionate about it. We’re coming at it from a little bit different angles. So there’s lots of possibilities for everyone’s practice, and I thought we’d jump in here.
So good to be back here with you, Ro, as always.
00:02:00 – Rochana Felde: It is.
[00:02:02] How Gem Elixirs & Flower Essences Work Differently (and Together)
00:02:02 – Rochana Felde: just one of my favorite topics, and one of my favorite things to work with gemstones, and so I’m really glad that we’re… you know, we sprinkle them throughout our podcast, but I wanted to devote.
Some, some sufficient time to their brilliance, pun intended, their real beauty in this vibrational medicine.
Synergy with flower essences. And.
Definitely agree that they work a little bit differently. They… they… while they’re both… that while it’s a vibrational elixir as is a flower essence.
And it’s made in a similar manner to a flower essence. And that’s what we’re talking about when we are talking about gem elixirs, because there’s other ways of making gem waters, for example, which also.
Have their benefits, and there’s other ways of working with gemstones.
For healing, but the…
The little bottles of vibrational elixirs that, for example, Alaskan Essences makes, and Delta Gardens makes, and some of these other flower essence producers.
Really.
Work well and pair well with our flower essence remedies. And I…
I do see the difference, as you’re mentioning, that the flower essences kind of come in with this new information they’re this information with a new pattern for you that help.
They’re… they’re like a plant intelligence that we… we can learn from. They help and give us instructions, I guess, for lack of a better…
Way of articulating that, and then the gem elixir can come in and give it a scaffolding. It can give it a foundation to really settle in, and…
Help it to inter… help with integration, especially with your body and with the changes that are happening. And so, there’s a lot of… there’s a lot of way to layer these together. There’s some beautiful way to combine them.
In… when they’re… when you’re working for similar purposes, I like to create a lot of pairings.
[00:04:32] Pairing as a Practice: The “Wine & Cheese” Approach to Vibrational Medicine
00:04:32 – Rochana Felde: Uh, you know, similar to, like, if you think about, uh, what, what wine goes with what cheese, or, you know, anything else that, uh, in the culinary, culinary world that you would pair, I think of vibrational medicine that way, and I love to do that kind of pairing as well.
00:04:56 – Kathleen R Aspenns: about pairing them in my practice is, is it gives nourishment on some level to the flower. It, it creates a, a connection. You know, if you think about the way the plants are growing, they’re putting their roots down into the earth and they’re having a direct.
Interrelationship with the mineral kingdom through the stones and the rock and the mineral components of the soil. And so, I see that energetic bond as it rises up through the flower. It brings that mineral character through the flower, and.
So, on some level, it’s… it’s as if I’m emphasizing and… and feeding that flower essence with that character that the gem elixir is bringing with it. It’s… it’s a…
It’s a perfect match. They’re a match made in heaven. Or a match made here on Earth, let’s put it that way. They’re natural companions. I think they’re clearly very different. Obviously, we’re not talking about the same kinds of creatures.
The flowers have a natural ability to interact with the animal kingdom. That’s what they’ve done. That’s the whole purpose of a flower. It’s to draw an animal, to draw an insect, to draw some creature to it. They’re naturally inherently attractive and.
That’s the whole purpose of a flower is to attract an animal for pollination. And so there’s a really clear connection between humans and flowers. They draw us. They attract us.
They’re there to attract us and they know how to reach us. They know how to interface with the animal kingdom.
And the gems know how to interface with the plant kingdom. And so we’re creating this this virtuous chain, this virtuous connection. I really think that the gem elixirs are such an easier way to work with gem.
Essences is to bring them through the flowers, because they pair, they connect so well and so easily.
[00:07:07] Top-Down & Bottom-Up: The Two Streams of Vibrational Healing
00:07:07 – Rochana Felde: it’s almost like there’s this top-down approach, and there’s a bottom-up approach, and you can do both, because I think…
I think I see it with more of that, that bottom up, the grounding piece and like the layering the flower on top. But I also see it doing it the other way around, just in my thought process. So.
It’s, it’s, it’s going, it’s, it’s working with both directions and that’s what’s also.
The balance of vibrational medicine. When you’re working, you’re always thinking about the energy coming up from the earth and the spiritual energy coming down from the sky, and how it meets in our body, and how having good.
Energetic balance is to be able to have both of those streams, and to be connected to both. So, it is really interesting to think about.
And I was laughing when you were saying that the flower…
Attracts the animal, because I was thinking, well, the gemstones sure attract me! When I’m at a gem fair it’s it’s dangerous.
So I know it’s not quite the same thing, but I was laughing to myself because… bright, shiny objects! Hello! And yeah, that’s, um… one of the things that’s really also beautiful about these gems, and…
[00:08:36] Gem Elixirs as an Accessible & Eco-Friendly Way to Work with Gemstones
00:08:36 – Rochana Felde: having the elixirs is another more environmentally responsible way to work with.
The gifts of the earth. Yes, they did one they did come from the earth, but one stone can make…
The elixirs forever. It doesn’t… you don’t need more. And it’s…
A really lovely way to work with that energy. Also, if it costs a lot of money to create a library of.
Of beautiful, of gemstones that are not irradiated and not treated, not heat treated that are, those are the kinds that we like to work with to make gem elixirs. And sometimes they’re very hard to source and hard to find.
Expensive, and this is definitely not accessible for many people. So, being able to.
Get the elixir and as a relatively inexpensive.
Um…
Modality remedy that you could use is.
I mean, it’s really a wonderful way to work with this.
[00:10:00] Auric Field Protection: Yarrow + Black Tourmaline
00:10:00 – Kathleen R Aspenns: I’d love to to dive into a few of our favorite gem elixirs and and talk about how we might pair certain essences in practice. So one of the one of the.
Really powerful things that flower essences can do is can help us with.
The desire to feel more safe.
The desire to feel more protected. A lot of us sensitive folks have fields that maybe aren’t as firm and protective as we might wish. And so we do a lot of work towards strengthening our auric field.
Towards strengthening our sense of safety in the world. And I would definitely say Yarrow is one of our first line essences to help support that building up of a strong field, that that building of a clear.
Layer between us and the world. So we don’t feel overwhelmed, and we don’t feel invaded all the time. You know this is this is this energy, this this wei chi layer that that covers the body and protects us and keeps things out that belong to be out.
And the things that should be in, stay in. And so, I know that… that you… we both all use Yarrow. Everyone uses Yarrow a lot, because it’s such a foundational essence in the practice. And we could think about how we can pair that with an… with a… with the Gem Elixir.
That has a really harmonizing quality. What would be your first thought on that, Ro?
00:11:35 – Rochana Felde: Well, the one that I most commonly use is black tourmaline, and I know we’ve talked about that combination many times, and the reason why it pairs so well is because with yarrow, you’ve got the.
The it’s helping to.
Create a pattern where your energy hygiene has a shield that can bring in the beneficial energies, but help to buffer those that aren’t.
And the way that black tourmaline works is with…
Uh, a cleansing action, so whatever did get through, you’re able to release and let go. And…
Those two in combination, I love because it’s, it’s always, um…
It’s always keeping the field.
Clean and and strong.
00:12:36 – Kathleen R Aspenns: And I definitely use the Alaskan Essences Black Tourmaline a lot, and one of the ones I even maybe use even more is the… is the research, um, Black Tourmaline Master Quartz. It’s a… it’s a quartz… it’s a quartz crystal that… that had… which is shot through with tourmaline, and so it has, you know, two…
Gems in one… in one body. And I definitely find that one to be…
Really, really helpful for that. Just clearing all the stuff out of your field that shouldn’t be there. And then we could consider…
When we’ve we’re looking at that overall field, that overall.
Protection. And then we can drop down into our hearts and discuss.
[00:13:22] Empaths & Emotional Boundaries: Pink Yarrow + Hematite
00:13:22 – Kathleen R Aspenns: how a lot of us, I certainly am the poster child for this, have been prone to emotional merging, and have been prone to having the porous boundaries of the heart, and where I will feel and take on everybody’s stuff. Thank goodness I have made friends with Pink Yarrow, so I don’t have that pattern so strongly as I did, you know.
It is miserable. So Pink Yarrow helps you to drop in and, and create a filter around your heart between you and the world, so that you can know.
When what you’re feeling so intensely isn’t yours, and you don’t have to absorb it, you don’t have to process it, it’s not actually yours. It’s such a relief to have that.
That protection around your heart.
And I know that we’ve talked about this before, Ro, that you’re a fan of pairing hematite with this particular gem, with this particular flower essence, because it has that ability to help you differentiate.
Emotional states.
00:14:28 – Rochana Felde: And the other benefit of hematite is it’s really useful if you’re the type to kind of get pulled into, say, other people’s drama or dramatic situations, and the pink yarrow.
Such a poster flower for empaths, and.
The hematite pairing can help that draw to, like, take on somebody else’s…
Pain, or to just get pulled in, or out of boundary, or out of center. And the hematite has this really shiny quality to it, and it can kind of…
Just.
Reflect that energy coming in that you’re tempted to merge with.
And it can gently reflect it back to sender with helping to create that boundary. And so it’s a really great pairing for that.
[00:15:31] Self-Worth & Confidence: Gold Gem Elixir + Sunflower & Buttercup
00:15:31 – Rochana Felde: Another one that I use so much is the Gold Gem Elixir, and this is…
One that really can pair with a lot. I mean, it goes into a lot of formulas because it is a harmonizer of flower essences. And some of the gemstone elixirs do that really well. They work well with just kind of harmonizing a blend.
In fact, the lotus flower essence works that way, and the gold gem elixir works that way.
What it… what Gold is so fantastic with is helping to… helping one to, like, really feel their self-worth, that they have value.
And feel that in a very grounded, centered way. And.
Of course, if you’re thinking about flower essences for confidence and self-worth and getting out in the world, also in that kind of golden yellow color ray, the sunflower one comes to mind, and so does buttercup. And I think gold pairs really beautifully.
With with both of those to again give that groundedness to help somebody who was working on those challenges to help it to settle and integrate into the body.
[00:17:02] Using Color as a Pairing Reference
00:17:02 – Kathleen R Aspenns: Well, and you’re bringing in an interesting principle of blending gems and flowers is that you could be looking at the color. You know, maybe you don’t, maybe you’re really just learning about flower essences and you’re kind of like, oh, you know, that’s a lot of data to start crunching. And then how do I figure out how to.
To mix gems with that, too. I mean, you can always, of course, look at repertories, and you can look at you know, maybe affiliations with chakras, and there’s… there’s a lot of information out there about how you can use crystals for… for…
Emotional and energetic healing. But you can also look at the signature of the color. You know, I’m like, we’re, we’re, we’re matching two extremely golden yellow characters here. You know, we were talking about the sunflower and gold.
And those two have a natural affinity when you look at what color they express. So you can definitely think about, if you’re kind of dipping your toes in with this principle or this work of adding gem elixirs into your practice.
To look at the colors and, and find matching and harmonious colors, and that might help you to, to guide you in your, in the selection, because it’s always, there’s, there’s so much possibility, and sometimes we need a little bit of a filter to, to bring that.
Into reality of like, oh, I have a hundred choices which one. So if you think about the color, sometimes that can add an extra bonus piece. So if we wanted to go back to the yarrows, if we were thinking about like the pink yarrow, which is my dearest, fondest friend.
I often think of rhodochrosite or even rose quartz as a really nice companion for that particular flower essence. And so we have a color harmony there. We’re working in the realm of the heart.
Is that something that you think about as well, Ro?
00:18:59 – Rochana Felde: Absolutely. It’s one of the first ways that I kind of pattern match, uh, in my… in my thought process, is the… excuse me, in the… is the colors, and…
And the color energy also relating to the chakras. So those all go hand in hand. And with rose quartz, it’s interesting because…
I…
[00:19:26] Opening the Heart: Rose Quartz + China Rose
00:19:26 – Rochana Felde: We’ve been talking a lot about China rose in your course right now, Kathleen, on boundaries at the School for Flower Essence Studies. And I love the idea of pairing rose quartz with the China rose.
And.
In the context of releasing, opening the heart and releasing constriction in the heart. What do you think about that? There’s a couple of your rose essences that I think go really well with some of the Alaskan.
Umm gemstones.
00:20:01 – Kathleen R Aspenns: I really like that idea, and I’m sure if I looked through my database, I would see having paired those probably 100 times. The rose quartz and the china rose, they both have a very harmonious character. You can see how they would really.
Sing together, harmonize together. And and yeah, it is. It is.
Our heart gets damaged for a reason. You know something happened.
We were trampled on. Our hearts were open, and then something happened, and we had to close them.
And that process of, of reconnecting our heart forces as being able to open, of being able to expand outward when a lot of us have gotten locked into closed.
Get away from me. Stay clear.
And that’s certainly one of the… one of the big topics that we talk about in the… in the Energy Boundary Reset. Thank you. It’s been a great course so far. We’re still in the middle of…
The live sessions and it’s been really touching to see how everyone is really connecting to the to the principles and the ideas of of working with these patterns that we’ve developed through different traumatic experiences or just life experiences that happen to us.
And so, yeah, whenever we have those experiences where our heart has to close in reaction to something that happened, how do we learn to open it again?
The China Rose offers that for us. It gives us the strength of our boundaries. It gives us that ability to fill our field and to be able to open our hearts safely.
And the rose quartz, I think, even… even on a deeper, more… more… almost like a calcified level, when our hearts are just locked.
Shut.
It softens, starts to bring ease, it starts to bring an affirmation of, yes, you can, yes, you can open your heart.
00:22:08 – Rochana Felde: Yeah, I really love the rose, uh, essences that you’ve made with your line, uh, in the Flora of Asia flower essences line.
They offer.
To me, I end up not really using, like, the wild roses, the Bach wild rose, the California wild rose. I don’t end up using them that often.
[00:22:30] Heart Repair After Loss: Wilmot’s Rose + Pink Quartz
00:22:30 – Rochana Felde: And I go looking for other… other types of rose essences from other people, or there’s a few that I’ve made my own. But you have a really wonderful collection, and another one in your collection is called the Wilmot’s Rose.
And it’s a little more, the way that I understand it, it’s a little more protective.
And also working with this healing after really profound losses. And there’s a gem elixir that Alaskan has. I think it’s in their research gem elixirs. They don’t.
Have a photo of it on their website, but it’s one that I’ve been drawn to for quite a while, and it’s the pink quartz. And…
I…
I love that pairing because the pink quartz is also really working as a repair.
For as a, as an essence of repair for the heart after profound.
Trauma.
00:23:40 – Kathleen R Aspenns: Yeah, the roses are so good at that. The roses are such a natural fit for…
Injuries of the heart energetic injuries of the heart. And I definitely agree that that pink quartz.
From the Alaskan is is really valuable as an essence. I you can you could you could look at a lot of the different.
Pink or reddish stones and see a lot of harmonies. And so you could become refined in your in your use, like you think, okay, yes, this particular rose might be really helpful. And how is that expressing in this particular individual?
[00:24:20] Kunzite + Angelica: Reconnecting with Love & the Angelic Realm
00:24:20 – Kathleen R Aspenns: and make a pairing from that. I’m kind of in love with kunzite for a heart, you know, like an energetic heart injury, because it helps us to.
To reconnect with the reason why we should love, but reconnect with the.
Openness, and, like, it’s like there’s a warmth to the heart, and the, the Wilmot’s Rose gives you that, that hug, like, honey, like, sorry that happened to you that, that caring, that generosity, and this, this stone can help to.
Energize that, and help you to have strength to open your heart again. So that very pale, almost translucent pink of the kunzite.
Gives that connection to almost the angelic realm that helps you to open up into the experience of love again.
00:25:17 – Rochana Felde: Yeah, and that’s a really good point because we talked about the colors being, I think they’re a clue to matching. They’re not the, but then it can be further refined. So we have all of these pink stones and we have these pink flowers.
And so it’s not just pink.
And pink. I mean, that’s sort of a clue and a starting point. And then it’s about looking deeper into the differences between those flowers and those gemstones. And are there synergies that match and.
Really, it’s amazing how many times that there will be. There will be some that do match.
In… with the… the kunzite, and that that can be a very, very pale pink. Also, it can be… it can… it can deepen, so some of the… the natural, um…
Ways a gemstone can naturally be different… different saturations of color, but there is such an angelic…
Vibration to that stone that I think it also works really well paired with Angelica. You know, just the quintessential flower essence for opening up to the support and love of the… from the Angelic realm, from Source.
From you know, that region, and it’s used, I believe, that…
Combination is in the.
Is it the Calling All Angels? Yeah, spray and combination that Alaskan makes. So you can actually, you can also look at their combinations and see what they’re pairing and how they’re combining their gemstones and their flower essences.
[00:27:05] Alaskan Essences’ Three-Part Formulation Philosophy
00:27:05 – Rochana Felde: For that, for them, it is it is part of, you know, the philosophy that they have a three part formulation philosophy, and that is using their environmental essence, their gemstone elixirs and their flower essences.
For flower essence therapy. So it’s cool to look at what they’ve already created in their formulas.
00:27:35 – Kathleen R Aspenns: It’s a really cool, I mean, I really appreciate the Alaskan essences, the environmental essences, as being an additional layer in which we can put a formula. And so, quite amusingly, one of the environmental essences is called Gigha Quartz. And so a lot of times people think that that’s a gem elixir, and it’s actually.
Made it as an environmental essence on the Isle of Gigha, and it was on this, basically, a quartz outcropping where you get this incredible oceanic influence, but also the stone rising up out of the ocean. So it really gives a powerful backbone to a formula, and a…
That… that cleansing energy of the ocean influence coming through. So I’ll often use that to give one more layer in a formula when it’s… when it’s helpful and useful.
[00:28:31] Stress & Anxiety Relief: Jade + Green Rose
00:28:31 – Kathleen R Aspenns: I would like to maybe go the other way around a little bit, because I’ve just been feeling the need for so much jade lately, jadeite jade, because it’s so calming to the heart. You know we’ve we’ve talked about.
We’ve talked about some essences that help to build the field. We’ve talked about some essences that help to… to heal the heart. And one of the other…
Circumstances that arises so often is just, there’s this layer of stress, anxiety, worry, just, just this constant internal chaos.
And one of the gem elixirs that I really reach for, because it does have a really direct impact on that, is the jadeite jade. And just being able to work with that essence, and I do often combine this with a green flower.
Absolutely. You know it has. It’s a green stone, the one that’s the Alaskan essences makes. Not all jade is green, but I’ll often pair it with something like green rose, and the green rose gives us that.
Ability to accept differences, to not need to have a hostile response to something that’s different than what we were expecting, or someone who’s different than we were expecting. It helps us to be more open hearted.
To the diversity of life experiences. And the jade just gives us a soft, calming.
I’m…
Emphasis, influence. Influence, I think, is the word I’m looking for here, just to help us.
Process it all. Helping us to bring these experiences in, allow them, and kind of release the armoring and the angst around it.
00:30:34 – Rochana Felde: Jade is one that I just use so much, even just without a thought of pairing. It just… it’s by itself…
Um…
Typically is very key in a lot of formulas, because.
We need this calming, this nervous system, you know soothing that it… that it provides. And the green rose is so… such an interesting flower essence that I honestly haven’t used that much.
And intend to, especially now that I’ve I know that you’ve made it and have really…
Heard more insight about about its uses when I was 1st in my 1st flower essence training program. It was.
It just wasn’t a well understood essence. So I think it has a lot of.
[00:31:29] Smoky Quartz & Rose Smoky Quartz: Grounding for Our Times
00:31:29 – Rochana Felde: a lot of potential for for more use. And that’s a that’s an interesting pairing. One other that I think I want to make sure gets mentioned is the smoky quartz.
Because it is such a key essence and also can be, um…
Used in with so many. I mean, none of these have to be paired. You know, this is just this is more of an advanced way that we we formulate. But I like thinking about it in those terms, because I think it helps people understand the essence, the gem elixirs a little bit more.
And…
Yet there’s some that are just universally applicable, and that is, and, and one of those is gold, black tourmaline and the smoky quartz, I think, is another one that is so useful because of its.
Just masterful ability to help ground to the earth.
And we really need that. Like, we just so, so need that these days when we are in our heads so much.
And.
If one were to pair that, I love the idea of using manzanita because that’s a flower essence that also is completely about embodiment, like being in the body and being grounded in the body. And so pairing those two is a very powerful way.
To do that. And the smoky quartz itself also is combined with some other gem elixirs. The stones themselves, there’s a rose smoky quartz, and that one has another kind of grounding energy.
And it’s very helpful in facing like.
Your… your fears and traumas and… and looking what’s inside of yourself. So there’s a… there’s a lot of ways that the… the smoky quartz not only can ground a formula, but it can ground other…
Gems that it might be combined with naturally in its matrix.
[00:33:50] A Future Course on Gem Elixirs in Flower Essence Therapy
00:33:50 – Kathleen R Aspenns: This this this area is so rich and so like there we could we could definitely.
Talk about this for days. And I know that we’ve been having a lot of these conversations because we have in the body of possibilities, we have a gem elixir course.
On the way hard to tell exactly when, but soon because we do feel it’s so important in the practice of flower essence therapy to know about gem elixirs a little bit, and to be able to offer them in combinations with the flowers, because we do feel so powerfully.
How helpful they can be, and particularly in the moment now. We all really need help in grounding our experiences so that we can function in the world. There’s a lot of energy.
Pummeling us all the time. There’s so much going on. And I’ve definitely been, in the last…
6 months, whatever, really been noticing how many more gem elixirs are coming up into my formulas for clients because I think there’s a need. There’s a real need for the stabilizing qualities of the gem kingdom the ability for.
Us to be able to translate our our experiences, our our spiritual beliefs and guidance into physical reality.
And so I think that’s where the gems can really, really help us, and we’re just… we’re really eager to share a lot more of these thoughts and ideas with… with everyone about how we’ve been using these, and how we’ve been thinking about them, and… and how to make your own! Like I mean, you can definitely, um… I… I use and love.
The gem elixirs from these companies that that we’ve been talking about. And I also really enjoy making my own. It’s it’s very democratic. You know this world of flower essences. We encourage you to learn how to make your own flower essences, and we encourage you to learn how to make your own gem essences.
And there’s some things to know. You know, there’s some safety aspects that are really important to be respectful of. Not all of them are safe to immerse in water. So we we’re really excited about teaching this material and sharing more of it, and I hope.
That our little touch in today has given you some ideas on how you can start bringing these into your life, into your practices, into your own personal experiences. Ro, I know we could there’s hundreds we could talk about. Is there one that you really feel like you would like to leave everyone with?
[00:36:35] Resources: Nicholas Pearson, Crystal Confab Podcast & the Alaskan Living Book
00:36:35 – Rochana Felde: Well, rather than that, I think I’d like to leave everybody with a resource, because I wanted to make sure to shout out to Nicholas Pearson, who we’ve had on the pod a few times. He is.
Written a whole bunch of books on crystals and the healing energy of them, and so you can find him at theluminouspearl.com, but he has a book, The Crystal Basics.
That really kind of gives you a really good starting point to understand more about just in general, the, the gemstones themselves and their healing energy. What I have discovered is that he’s on a podcast with Adam Barlett and Kyle Perez called the Crystal Confab.
Podcast. And this is a great podcast. So fellow podcast, we wanted to shout out. They go deep into the energies of the crystals like we love to do with the flower essences. So it’s so much more.
Depth and wisdom than you’ll find in any book ever. And finally, when it comes to the gem elixirs.
There are various producers that make them.
We talk a lot about the Alaskan elixirs because we do love them.
And they have a in-depth reference online in what’s called the Living Book, the Alaskan Living Book. And so that is a really great way to understand more about the energy of the elixir itself.
And the kind of specialness that they have, because those gem elixirs were made in Alaska in different parts of it, of the natural environment. And so their energies might not exactly match what you might read about for the gemstone by itself.
There’s an elemental vibration that’s also part of those elixirs, and to get the in-depth information on that.
Check out the Alaskan Living Book. It’s the one place to go for that information.
00:38:56 – Kathleen R Aspenns: Thank you for sharing those resources. I think we would have been incomplete if we hadn’t shared those details. So thank you so much. It’s been really fun. I know this has been, you know, I love crystals, just like you. It’s a little bit dangerous to go to a gem show.
But I think you have a lot more depth of your knowledge. I enjoy them, and I read about them, and I use them. But you are the crystal queen of this team. So thank you for bringing in all of your insights.
To this topic, which I know that you love so very much.
